How do you ensure the wine is safe during shipping?
We use specialized, reinforced cardboard packaging designed specifically for glass bottles to prevent breakage and maintain temperature stability during transit.
Do I need to be home to sign for my delivery?
Yes, legally an adult over the age of 21 must be present to provide a valid ID and sign for any alcohol delivery. We cannot leave packages at the door unattended.
What happens if I receive a 'corked' or damaged bottle?
We take quality seriously. If you receive a bottle that is corked or damaged, please contact our support team within 14 days of delivery for a replacement or a full refund.
How long does shipping typically take?
Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days. We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout for those who need their bottles sooner.
Can I ship wine to any state?
