A blanc de noir of Pinot Noir - white wine from red grapes! Fresh with lots of salty citrus fruit and bright minerality and just a touch of red berry fruit. The juice for this wine was originally destined to be made into a traditional method sparkling wine, but once the guys tasted it, they were so happy with it that they kept it still. Bright, light and clocking in at just 10% ABV, it goes down a little too easily.

Made from 100% Pinot Noir, the grapes were harvested by hand, pressed directly as whole bunches then aged in 225l barrels for 9 months before bottling.
