100% Pinot Noir given a gentle 12 days maceration whole bunch, then aged half in large foudre and half in 600l barrel. Wonderfully delicate, aromatic and bright with Benoit's signature purity underpinning every sip.

Expressive already in its youth, this is the kind of Pinot that makes us remember why we love the varietal. Needless to say, the production is tiny, with very little to go around - we have just a few bottles.

We would recommend cellaring this bottle for at least 6 months or longer, It's sure to only get better with time.
