Antilope, a new non-alcoholic beverage from Domaine Des Grottes. This is the sparking white sibling to the ever popular L’Antidote. Made with organic Malvasia grape juice which is steeped with juniper, gentian, bay leaf, apple, pine and citrus.

The beverage pours an inviting golden in the glass, with a delicate fizz and and long, citrus finish. Antilope is much less sweet and a little subtler than L’Antidote, though equally as delicious!

Another ingenious multi-purpose beverage from Romain. A fun alternative to wine that is the the ideal bottle if you are abstaining, but equally the necessary tonic when the morning after requires restorative properties.
