Crisp, hazy col-fondo, primed and ready for all your aperitivo needs. Bone dry and crunchy, with golden fruit and sea salt wrapped up in fine bubbles with that hazy, textured, rugged edge. An absolute no-brainer fizz that just begs to be set alongside a good hunk of salami and cheese. 

Made with mostly Pignoletto, along with a little Albana and Trebbiano, from a parcel of 30 vines planted over sand and clay in Valsamoggia. The grapes were pressed directly and fermented in concrete vats, before being put into bottle with a little must from the same harvest – traditional Italian col-fondo style!
