A beautiful red/white blend that sings of Galicia. Light and mineral driven with notes of blackcurrant, tart pomegranate, dark plum, pear and kiwi fruit with just a touch of spice. Best served slightly chilled.

Proscrito translates to ‘the outlaw’ and pays homage to two grapes, Palomino and Garnacha Tintorera. In the words of Nacho ‘For years, they were the source of wines that nourished our past generations’, yet these two grapes, which have a rich history in the region, have been rejected by wine authorities and are not permitted in appellation wines. This is a wine which pays tribute to tradition whilst pushing against the tide.

The two grapes are fermented together, just as they have co-existed in vineyards for decades. After a 5-day maceration in stainless steel tanks, the wine is then aged in a mix of small and large old barrels for 6 months.
