A brand new cuvée from the young vines of Grenache Blanc that Meryl and Geraldine have been experimenting with for the last couple of years. Belying the youth of the vineyard, here we see some impressive concentration making for one of their more robust white wines. Reminiscent of camomile flowers and bay on the nose, this golden wine has a lovely, full mouthfeel, long acids and a pleasant harmony of ripe yellow citrus, stone fruits and savoury herbs. 

Grapes were directly-pressed and aged on the fine lees for six months in steel tank before bottling with no additions in early 2025.
