This vibrant pétillant rosé comes from a blend of two thirds Grolleau Gris and one third Cabernet Franc. 2023 was a cold, wet Loire vintage that produced wines of impeccable vibrancy and freshness. Puppet Nat is no exception. Pale, dry and delicate, a sparkling wine that pairs tart red berries, citrus and spice to beautiful effect.

The grapes were pressed directly and the wine finished fermentation in the bottle – pet nat style! The wine then rested for six months before disgorgement.
