Bright, crunchy fruit is tied up with a thirst-quenching minerality – this is one that will transport you straight to the sea, just line up a plate of grilled sardines and you’re there.

Made with a blend of roughly equal parts of Nero d’Avola and Pignatello, with a touch of Vitraruolo and Catarratto in the mix. The grapes are pressed directly and co-fermented then aged in combination of steel vat and old chestnut barrel.
