Feeling that the 2024 harvest from the prized Le Franc vineyard was not suited to the usual barrel treatment, Olivier decided to vinify this fruit in a similar way to Pur Breton - the results are superb and possess the vibrant energy of a primeur. 

A little reduced on opening, this quickly gives way to a rapidly-evolving list of aromatics - little red fruits, floral lift, the dusty spice of peppercorns toasting in a pan. Fluid and light on the palate, this nimble, bracing wine is a revelation. Best served lightly chilled.
