A new Petite Nature cuvée to our list and another wine that is very much in her signature style - a gentle infusion of light and dark grapes in a single vinification. Here we have Grenache, both noir and gris, harvested in Villeneuve de Berg to the south of the Ardèche.

The red grapes sit in the juice of the gris to bleed their pigment and gently draw out tannin. The wine feels somewhere between a fruit punch and a herbal tea - pithy ruby grapefruit melds with spicy Grenache, the method giving the red fruits a gummy, pastel-like quality. Glimmering a vibrant, translucent ruby in the glass, this is a unique lightly-coloured red with elements of a macerated white that you will want to serve chilled. Another fascinating wine that operates in the spaces between commonly-accepted categorisation.
