If you're after a simple, satisfying, thirst quenching fizz, this is a go-to. A pink-pet nat made with Catalonian staples Xarel-lo, Macabeo & Parellada and just a splash of red grape Mandó (an almost extinct varietal).

The name means 'I am thirsty', so you can imagine what you're going to get - a moreish and cleansing fizz, brisk and generous with lemon and apple notes aplenty from the white grapes while the Mandó supplies all the tart red berry & sour cherry notes.
