A super-fun and totally wild one off rosado with the lightest little spritz. Made in collaboration with Viña Niebla. A high-energy, totally unique pink with tropical, aromatic notes coming from the Moscatel, bursts of red fruit from the Tempranillo and concentrated, raisin-like fruits coming from the Pedro Ximénez. A little bit of everything going on here with the finest, lightest little spritz to help it slip down - delicious.

Coche Discoteca ‘Car Disco’, a wine born after a night of music, fun, wine and a police fine for having little party out of their car in a parking lot. The wine was created to pay the fine, and pay homage to the evening by re-creating the ticket to use as the label.

The base wine comes from Samuel's 2021 vintage and is a blend of mostly Pedro Ximénez with just a splash of Moscatel. This base wine was then macerated and re-fermented with Tempranillo and Vigiriega skins from Viña Niebla’s 2022 vintage.
