A twist on Alanna’s ‘German Lambrusco’ here with a style that takes us into sparkling rosé territory, with a blend of red and white grapes together.

The 2023 is the third iteration of this delightful natural fizz, and sees the addition of macerated Pinot Noir in the mix, adding lots of red fruit and an underripe, strawberry-like note. This then plays off against the minerality and aromatics of the gently macerated Riesling, Johannites, and Müller Thurgau. Made pét-nat style and pouring the most inviting hazy sunset-pink. Real sunshine juice.

As bright, lifted and refreshing as always! And clocking in at just 9.5%, we can’t imagine a bottle will last long.
