It’s pleasure all the way with this particularly generous Montepulciano that takes the term ‘fruit-driven’ to new levels. A real cherry-bomb explosion - red and black, sour, even in confected cherry drop form too. The juice is also pleasingly soft and supple; the product of fruit from 40 year old vines in Cancelli.

Everything takes place in stainless steel tanks, using a reductive winemaking method that stops the wine from having too much contact with the air, keeping that varietal fruit pure and direct. The result is a brighter, fresher and less extracted Montepulciano with boundless energy.
