Exceptional skin-contact Gewürztraminer with a just touch of Pinot Gris and Pinot Noir. Pouring an inviting Poulsard-pink in the glass, the wine offers layer upon layer of complexity – blood orange bitters, spice, rose petals and peach. A category-defying wine which is unlike any we have tried before.

Made mainly with Gewürztraminer from vines up to fifty years old planted over clay and limestone in Obernai. These grapes come from two contrasting vintages – warm, dry 2023 and cool, wet 2024. In both years, the grapes fermented as whole bunches for a week, before being pressed to a century-old foudre for élevage. They were blended in the summer of 2025, along with a touch of Pinot Gris and Pinot Noir
