A rosato with a good flash of colour that bursts with tart, salty, cherry and wild strawberry fruits. A field blend made principally around two mixed-planted vineyard at 450 and 600 metres; where Sangiovese, Falanghina and Malvasia grow together alongside other varietals like Greco, Aglianico, Montepulciano and Lambrusco Maestri. All of the grapes are harvested together and direct-pressed.

A wine that lends itself to spring and summer drinking, clean, refreshing with a tang of something like rhubarb or cranberry. A la Gismondi, it was raised in steel and bottled in the spring with no additions at any stage.
